Emmanuel (aka "Manny") graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1997 and became an accredited member of the California Bar in November 1997. Manny served under his father as in-house counsel for Pleasant Care Corporation from 1997 to 2007, and thereafter has branched out with his own practice. Manny has managed and defended numerous lawsuits on behalf of the health care industry, from wage and hour and union disputes, to class action civil suits and criminal white collar defense actions. Manny has also led self-insured risk management companies, providing strategic leadership in the areas of general and professional liabilities, worker's compensation, as well as capitated health programs.
